Frequently Asked Questions


Floral Heads will have all orders delivered to you on the date they are ordered. However, if something was to happen and the flowers can’t be delivered you will be contacted straight way and we will organise a solution to fix the problem. We are unable to provide exact delivery times as these vary due to our couriers. If you would like to know exactly what time it was delivered, you can call us after hours and we can let you know all the details.

We deliver to Canberra and Queanbeyan.


All our flower arrangements and bouquets are wet packed.


At Floral Heads we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.

We ensure that we only use the freshest and highest quality flowers each day.

Flowers are a perishable product that need to be cared for as soon as you receive them.

Once the flowers have been delivered it is out of our control and up to you to give them the care they need.


To help give your flowers a longer life, we recommend the flowers be put in water straight away, we also recommend cutting the stems on a sharp angle and changing the vase water every two days.

If you receive a boxed arrangement, we advise you top it up with water every couple of days.

Air conditioning & extreme heat also have an effect on your flowers, we advise you to keep them away from this as much as you can.

Please contact us immediately via phone or email if you have any problems with your order or if anything is damaged on delivery.

On average, flowers should last anywhere from 3-7 days sometimes even longer is they are looked after.

Should your flowers perish within 3 days of their delivery date please contact us immediately. If we are satisfied that all care instructions provided have been followed, Floral Heads requires if you have any dissatisfaction with the flowers it’s to be communicated to our team within 3 days of delivery. Floral Heads will resend flowers if the reasons being are genuine, or a gift voucher may be issued.

To assist us in quality control, it is our policy to collect the original flowers. We cannot arrange to resend a fresh bunch if the original arrangement of flowers have been disposed of or images are not available.

If the recipient receives anything damaged, please contact us immediately so we can arrange it to be fixed.

Refunds are processed via their original payment method.


Should you require to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $10.00 Administration Fee. All orders placed online or over the telephone will be credited back to the original credit card which the order was purchased.
